Sometimes, healing looks like boundaries.
Sometimes, healing looks like therapy.
And sometimes-healing looks like a towel-wrapped head, a jade roller, and the sound of soft spa music while you pour love back into the body that’s carried you through everything.
This is your full-body reset. A glow-up for your skin, your scalp, your soul.
You don’t need a spa membership or hundreds of dollars.
You just need a little time, a little warmth, a little cold, and a lot of intention.
Set the mood:
Plug in your earbuds and try this immersive ASMR experience:
Not into ASMR?
You can play my personal Spotify spa playlist here:
Or just say “Play spa music” on your Google Home or Alexa.
Now take a deep breath. Let’s begin.

STEP-BY-STEP FACIAL RESET
Start with a steamy hot shower-this is where the reset truly begins:
Use purple shampoo for tone correction
Follow with regular shampoo, then conditioner, and finally a deep conditioner let it sit while you finish the rest
Wash your body thoroughly
Exfoliate with a Tree Hut body scrub-especially arms, legs, elbows, and any rough spots
Shave whatever areas make you feel your best
Use a nail brush to scrub under your fingernails
Wash your face using a scrub and cleanser combo to prep your skin
Brush your teeth, floss, mouthwash, water floss, and tongue scrape-clean mouth, clear mind
Rinse out your deep conditioner
Pat dry and wrap up in a warm towel (bonus if it’s from a towel warmer)
Moisturize your entire body with your favorite lotion-Hempz is my go-to
Now you’re ready to glow:
Apply a hydrating sheet mask and relax
Fill your facial steamer and let it warm up
Steam your face-inhale peace, exhale stress
Heat a hot towel and drape it over your skin
Apply toner to balance your skin
Use a face mask and gently roll over it with a jade roller
Apply a jade mask overtop for cooling calm
Use ice globes to soothe puffiness and inflammation
Apply your favorite serum, then use your dermablade for peach fuzz removal
Tweeze your eyebrows-light shape-up only
Add a lip mask and eye masks
Rest watermelon ice gels from the freezer under your eyes
Finish with an ice roller across your face
Lock in hydration with face and lip moisturizer
---
HAIR HEALING RITUAL
Brush your hair gently from ends up
Use a scalp extractor tool to loosen buildup
Massage in rosemary & mint oil and argan oil at the scalp
Work coconut oil into your ends
Wrap in a shower cap to soak in
Shampoo over the bath thoroughly
Purple shampoo again if needed
Apply conditioner, then a deep hair mask
Comb through with a wet brush, rinse
Add leave-in conditioner
Use any styling products
Stimulate with scalp brushes
Brush with a bamboo brush, blow dry, then straighten
End with a final scalp massage
---
THE FINISHING TOUCH
Give yourself a foot massage with lotion or oil
Sit back and breathe
Thank your body for holding on, for showing up
Speak this over yourself:
"I am safe"
"I am healing"
"I am worthy of rest and love"
You can also use a massage gun to release any last tension in your back, shoulders, or legs-let your body fully exhale
---
You don’t have to earn this kind of care.
You don’t need to prove your worth before you slow down.
This isn’t vanity. This is holy rest.
This is honoring the temple God gave you-with gentleness, grace, and intention.
