Living with fibromyalgia means building a routine that helps you function and feel supportedphysically, mentally, and emotionally. After years of trial and error, here’s what I use to manage my pain and keep my body as balanced and soothed as possible:
MORNING BODYWORK RITUAL
Hard Foam Roller - I use this every morning on my yoga mat. It’s hard and deep, and when I roll, it actually cracks my back like a mini chiropractic adjustment.
Neck Cloud – This cervical traction device helps relieve neck pain, headaches, and tension. You’ll feel the difference in 15 seconds. It’s amazing.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS I KEEP ON HAND
CBD Oil – For calming inflammation and anxiety.
CBD Chiro Cream / Biofreeze / Lidocaine – Perfect for localized pain relief.
Thera Ice Caps – Ice therapy that molds to your head for tension migraines and neck pain.
TENS Unit – Muscle stimulation therapy for tight or sore areas.
Foot Massager – I use this nightly while watching TV.
Muscle Relaxers/Pain meds– As prescribed
---
HEAT, HYDROTHERAPY & BODY CARE
Shower / Hot Bath – Daily heat therapy to relax muscles and joints.
Heating Pads / Ice Packs – For back pain rotation therapy.
Massage Gun – Instant relief for knots and deep tension.
Massage (Professional or at-home) – Regular sessions keep inflammation from building up.
Chiropractic Adjustments – Every few weeks helps keep alignment in check.
---
BEDTIME COMFORT & SLEEP SETUP
Cervical Neck Pillow – Keeps neck aligned and supported.
Weighted Blanket – For soothing anxiety and promoting deeper sleep.
Lumbar Support Pillow – Extra back support in bed or on the couch.
Melatonin Gummies – I take two 10 mg melatonin gummies every night to help my body wind down and fall asleep naturally.

SCRIPTURE FOR STRENGTH
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." Isaiah 40:29

You’re not alone, and your pain is real. But so is your power. Find what soothes you, stick to what works, and trust that healing happens in layers-not all at once.
